The happenings of July

Berry picking with grandma. Addie decided she wanted some gloves also to help.

Giddy up Em!

During the 24th of July weekend Grandma, Em, Matt, Addie and I went motorbiking with my Aunt, Uncle and cousin. Here is Grandma, Em and Addie getting ready for the ride.

Addie fell asleep on the ride and Grandma could not drive so they tied Addie to Grandma.

Even us girls and load the bikes. We have some awesome muscle.

Matt shooting the BB gun with Tyler.

Addie having fun trying to put all of the golf balls over her shoulder.

Addie playing peekaboo while Grandma, Em and I loaded the bikes.

Here are some fun pictures that we took on a Sunday.

I have a cutie for a daughter.

Aaron is telling me to twirl and look pretty.

Getting my hair out of my face. Cute huh!

We were trying to get Addie to look at the camera.

I went after her to tickle her.

Having fun giving Eskimo kisses.

I love this man so much! I think I am the luckiest women in the world to have him by my side for eternity.

Finally a Update! Fun at Goblin Valley

Sorry it has been so long since I have updated the blog, but it has been a VERY busy summer. In June we went to Goblin Valley with Grandma, Matt and Em. Addie want to go anywhere Matt and Dad would go so as you can see we are climbing up to see dad.

Here is a close up of where we climbed up to.

Motorbiking and Lots of Fun!

So about 3 months ago I decided to start working on Addie's room. So here is one of the project that I did in with wood letters. Cute huh!

I have to admit that sometimes my pictures just do not mind me. When I pull up the picture it looks right but when I post the picture it looks like this. Here is Addie looking at flowers, her favorite thing.

Addie looking at the tulips in our neighbors yard. Every time we are on our way to the park we get to stop to smell, touch and enjoy the flowers.

One day as the dish washer was going through I hear Addie all of a sudden say "Oh no" I turn around to look and see suds seeping out of the bottom of the dishwasher. I turned to tell Aaron that our dishwasher was broken and he looked to me and said that it was his fault. We had been having trouble with this white chalky residue on our dishes and Aaron decided that he would fill the dishwasher with joy dish detergent. HE HE HE HE HE!!! I laughed my head off, it was so funny. Well after three rinses and one load of regular detergent we were able to get the washer back to normal.

Addie and Aaron looking at the soap still seeping out.

Addie walking on the ceiling with Uncle Peter's help.

Yep it is that time of year again, the biannual Salt Flat trip. Quinn and Becca were not able to come this year because of a rash but Ty brought Quinn's little four wheeler. Addie loved playing on it and even went down the trailer ramp.

Here we are all lined up ready to go.

Addie was able to join us out on the ride this year. Here we all are.

Golden Spike and Spiral Jetty

Today we had a great adventure with our neighbors and friends the Lukers. We drove out to the golden spike to see the trains.

Here we are in front of the Jupiter, the Central Railroad car. Addie is really interested in other things.

Addie and I walking on the railroad track.

Addie really is not interested in taking pictures these days, but she loves looking at them.

Addie hopping from one railroad tie to the next.

Here is the Spiral Jetty! A really cool place with LOTS and LOTS of BUGS (in May)!

Addie was having tons of fun with Eldon and Grant climbing on the rocks. The only down fall was she ended up with about 30 bites from these little annoying black bugs.

Walking out to the middle of the spiral or as close as we could get with all the water.

Addie pointing to all the rocks in the water.

Addie wanted to touch the water and Aaron is helping her so she does not fall in.

A close up of the Spiral Jetty.

Addie being the Queen of the rock.

Aaron and Matt hiked up to the top of the mountain and this is the beautiful view.

This is how big it really is. Notice our baby blue truck.

And of course you can't have a trip anywhere without seeing one of our favorite little creature....a snake (ha ha Just Kidding I really don't like those things) was crossing the road when we were leaving the spiral jetty.
